www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA (10/9/2012) - After a rather successful season on the All-Star Circuit of Champions trail, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native Danny Holtgraver is ready to head back to Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio this Saturday, October 13th, to help close out the 2012 All-Star campaign. Eldora Speedway will be the last stop for the All-Stars this year; allowing one of the nation's fastest and most exciting half-miles to put an end to one of the nation's leading sprint car series. Holtgraver has earned three wins with the All-Star Circuit of Champions in 2012; including earning a victory with the series in front of his 'home crowd' at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. The win came in dominating fashion; holding off charges by Tim Shaffer and Cap Henry to grab the $5,000 pay day. The Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks/Alternative Power Sources/Westview Motors 'D4' operation also earned All-Star Circuit of Champions' wins at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio; and Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio. Each victory was worth $5,000.

"We had a really good year with the All-Stars" said Holtgraver about 2012, "I wouldn't say it was a great year...there were still some races that didn't turn out how we wanted them to...but all in all, we are pleased as a team and we learned a lot...I can't thank my Dad, all of our sponsors, and my crew chief, Brian Kemenah, enough...everybody played a big part in 2012...hopefully we can close out the All-Star season with a win!"

Entering this Saturday's All-Star Circuit of Champions event at Eldora Speedway, Holtgraver sits eighth (8th) in the 'National' All-Star standings, while maintaining the third position in the All-Star 'Ohio Region' standings. If the Brian Kemenah lead 'D4' team can pull off an All-Star victory at the 'Big E' this weekend, it will be Holtgraver's 10th overall win of the 2012 season; which includes victories at Lernerville Speedway, Mercer Raceway Park, Attica Raceway Park, Wayne County Speedway, and Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway.

"It's been a great year" explained Holtgraver, "We want to go out on top...hopefully I can find victory lane this weekend to give my entire team really something to be proud of!"

50th Annual National Open' Up Next For Danny Holtgraver Motorsports!
www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA (9/25/2012) - Danny Holtgraver will have an opportunity to become fifty-thousand dollars richer this weekend when he faces off against 'The Greatest Show on Dirt' for the 50th Annual 'Morgan Hughes National Open' worth $50,000 to the champion. The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will invade the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania this Friday and Saturday, September 28th & 29th, for two full evenings of National Open competition; and Western Pennsylvania's Danny Holtgraver plans to be a part of that chaos. Holtgraver, who will pilot his own Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks/Alternative Power Sources 'D4' this weekend at the world famous half-mile, has raced with the World of Outlaws on a number of occasions already in 2012, and hopes to make the biggest splash of the season this weekend.

"We are excited to get back out to Williams Grove" said Holtgraver, "It's a huge deal racing at the National Open...there is going to be a lot of talent there this weekend so hopefully we can make everything fall into place and earn a spot in Saturday night's A-main!"

Action at Williams Grove Speedway this weekend will kick-off on Friday evening, September 28th, with a full World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series program. Friday night's program will be highlighted with a 25 lap, $8,000-to-win main event for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. Racing action will continue on Saturday evening with the 'Morgan Hughes National Open' finale featuring the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. The $50,000-to-win main event will be 40 laps in distance. Jason Meyers is the defending champion of this prestigious event.

"We had a decent run during last year's National Open" explained Holtgraver, "Our night ended in the B-main last year during the National Open finale, but we learned alot so hopefully we can find ourselves in the 'A' this year...it is so tough to make the show with the level of competition that is going to be there...it's a great feeling to be on the same race track as these guys...hopefully things go our way and we can earn a spot in Saturday night's A-main...maybe even find ourselves on the podium."

Danny Holtgraver finished 10th during B-main competition at last year's 49th Annual 'National Open' finale on October 7th, 2011. The former Lernerville Speedway Track Champion and All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Region' regular started 14th in the 12 lap B-main event, but was only able to gain four positions to secure a top ten finish. Only the top four drivers out of the evening's consolation B-main were eligible to start the $50,000-to-win main event.

During most recent competition, the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native was able to secure a starting spot in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series sanctioned 'Commonwealth Clash' at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Saturday, September 22nd. Holtgraver, who visited Lernerville Speedway victory lane with the All-Star Circuit of Champions in 2012, was scored 24th at the finish of Saturday night's 35 lap, World of Outlaws main event. The 22-year-old was involved in an opening lap incident that forced the familiar 'D4' to retire for the remaining laps of the event. Dale Blaney would go on to earn the $10,000 victory.

"It's been a great season for us and for everybody involved...finishing up front this weekend would certainly put an exclamation point on the year!"

Danny Holtgraver Ready For Two Full Nights With The World Of Outlaws Sprint Car Series!
www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA (9/18/12) - After spending a weekend at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio, and recording a third place finish during the annual 'Jim Ford Classic' sanctioned by the All-Star Circuit of Champions, Danny Holtgraver is ready to hit the road once again and compete with the best sprint car drivers on the planet. The full-time All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Region' competitor will race against The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series this Friday and Saturday, September 21st & 22nd, for two full nights of action; beginning Friday evening at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio; and ending Saturday evening at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. Both races will offer $10,000-to-win paydays, as well as full points towards the overall World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series championship. Holtgraver will have an opportunity to not only secure his first career World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series win this weekend, but do so at his home track in front of his friends and family.

"This weekend is very important to us!" explained Holtgraver, "We have been working really hard and things have been clicking...hopefully we can keep all of our momentum rolling in the right direction and find victory lane this weekend...they are the best drivers in the world and to be able to race against them is just an awesome feeling!"

The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native will pilot his own Danny Holtgraver Motorsports 'D4' this weekend for both World of Outlaws events. The Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks/Alternative Power Sources 'D4' team, lead by Brian Kemenah, will kick-off the weekend at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio on Friday evening, September 21st. The 'Four Crown Nationals' at Eldora Speedway will once again feature World of Outlaws action during the Friday night portion of the weekend program. Holtgraver finished 19th at Eldora Speedway last season during this event. The three-time All-Star Circuit of Champions main event winner in 2012 will look to better that performance this Friday night.

"Eldora is a great place to race" said Holtgraver about Eldora Speedway, "We love going out there and hopefully we can better our results from last year's Four Crown Nationals...this will be a great opportunity for us to prepare for the All-Star finale at Eldora in October...I can't wait!"

On Saturday evening, September 22nd, Danny Holtgraver, and the entire 'D4' operation, will venture back to 'home territory' for the 'Commonwealth Clash' featuring the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. The $10,000-t0-win main event will round out the Ohio/Pennsylvania weekend swing for the World of Outlaws. Holtgraver, who is a former Lernerville Speedway sprint car track champion, finished second with the 'Greatest Show on Dirt' during the annual Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup back in July. The Holtgraver Motorsports team hopes to better that performance with the World of Outlaws this Saturday by one position, and park the familiar 'D4' in Sheetz Victory Lane. The Pittsburgh based operation owns two World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series top 10 finishes at Lernerville Speedway; both occurring during Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup twin-feature action.

"The Silver Cup was unreal for us" said Holtgraver, "We just had a great night...everything clicked and everything fell into place allowing us to hard charge to a second place finish...nights like that help us stay motivated and determined for when the World of Outlaws come back to town...hopefully we can improve by one position this time!"

Holtgraver Nearly Sweeps All-Star Labor Day Weekend - Ready For Tuscarora 50 At Port Royal!
www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA - 9/3/12 - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Region' traveler, Danny Holtgraver, nearly swept All-Star action over Labor Day weekend by winning two out of the three scheduled events. The Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks/Alternative Power Sources 'D4' team raced at three different area ovals during Labor Day weekend; winning the $5,000-to-win main events on Friday and Sunday, and finishing second during feature action on Saturday. Holtgraver now has three wins during All-Star Circuit of Champions competition in 2012, and has plenty of opportunities to increase that statistic before the current season comes to a close. Perhaps the most impressive performance of the weekend came during action on Sunday evening, September 2nd; where the former Lernerville Speedway track champion rallied from a 16th place starting spot to win the All-Star Circuit of Champions main event at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio.

"Wow...I actually I have no idea what just happened" said Holtgraver after his dominating performance at Wayne County Speedway on Sunday evening, "I could just put the car where ever I wanted and It was just so fun to drive...I couldn't have done it without everybody who is involved...just a great feeling."

Holtgraver started his All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Labor Day Swing' on Friday evening, August 31st, at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania; where the familiar 'D4' team, lead by crew chief Brian Kemenah, drove to victory from the outside of row number 2. The win was Holtgraver's second All-Star victory of the season, and of his career; dominating the 30 lap, $5,000-to-win main event over Tim Shaffer and Cap Henry. The victory on Friday evening was actually Holtgraver's second consecutive win at the Sarver oval. The familiar 'D4' operation grabbed a victory during 'Fab Four' action back on August 24th.

On Saturday night, September 1st, Holtgraver and the entire Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks/Alternative Power Sources 'D4' team made the trip west to Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio for another round of All-Star Circuit of Champions - Labor Day weekend action. Holtgraver would finish second on Saturday night during the 40 lap, $5,000-to-win, All-Star main event; nearly passing main event winner, Phil Gressman, at the checkers. The former Attica Raceway Park All-Star main event winner had to earn a starting spot in the Saturday night feature lineup the hard way; as the 'D4' team failed to transfer through their respective heat race. Holtgraver would transfer through the evening's B-main, and rally to a 2nd place finish after starting 11th in the feature running order.

Danny Holtgraver would end his Labor Day weekend tour with the All-Star Circuit of Champions back on top and in victory lane. The Brian Kemenah lead 'D4' program put on a clinic Sunday evening, September 2nd, during All-Star Circuit of Champions competition at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio; cruising from a 16th starting spot to earn the $5,000-to-win main event victory, and the hard charger award. Holtgraver would take the top spot away from Byron Reed just beyond the half-way point and never look back; holding off the Ohio legend, and national rising star David Gravel, to win his second All-Star win of the weekend, and third of his young career. The 15 position advancement during the 30 lap feature contest was more than enough to solidify not only the win, but also the hard charger award.

"The weekend was just incredible!" said Holtgraver, "Just to be out here with this type of competition and be able to compete, and stay out front, and win races is just an incredible feeling...I just need to thank everybody who is involved...they know who they are and I could not have done any of this without them...just a 'wow' feeling right now!"

Danny Holtgraver will return to action next Friday and Saturday, September 7th and 8th, at the Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania for the annual Tuscarora 50 weekend! Two full nights of All-Star Circuit of Champions action will take place at the Juniata County Fairgrounds half-mile oval next Friday and Saturday; guaranteeing not only a healthy and talented roster of All-Star Circuit of Champions competitors, but also a large field of the ever-s0-tough 'Pennsylvania Posse.' Friday night's preliminary All-Star event will pay $5,000 to the winner, with Saturday night's 50 lap, Tuscarora 50 finale paying $10,000 to the winner! For more information on this event, take the time to visit Port Royal Speedway's online home atwww.portroyalspeedway.com. Holtgraver will be piloting the Jim and Fran Chiappelli owned/Gold Flavor Sesame Sticks sponsored no. 98 next weekend for the Port Royal Speedway/All-Star double header.

Pittsburgh, PA - 8/28/12 - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Region' competitor, Danny Holtgraver, will return to '410' sprint car competition this Labor Day weekend by competing in three separate All-Star Circuit of Champions sanctioned events, at three different regional ovals, over the course of three days. Holtgraver, and the entire Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks/Alternative Power Sources 'D4' operation, will spend this upcoming Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in Ohio and Pennsylvania; racing  at Lernerville Speedway, Attica Raceway Park, and Wayne County Speedway. All three events will not only offer full All-Star 'Ohio Region' points, but also $5,000 pay days!

"I am ready to get back out on the road!" said Holtgraver with lots of enthusiasm, "It's going to be fun to start the weekend at Lernerville...hopefully we can kick-off with a win in front of our friends and family at Lernerville and use that momentum for Attica and Wayne County...only time will tell!"

The Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks 'D4' team will start the upcoming weekend at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. Holtgraver is the most recent sprint car winner at the Sarver oval; picking up the non-sanctioned 'Fab Four' finale win on Friday evening, August 24th, in dominating fashion. The former Lernerville Speedway track champion started the 25 lap sprint car main event from the front row on Friday evening and never looked back; leading every lap of the last regular season event at the Sarver oval. Hopefully, Holtgraver can use his recent Lernerville Speedway success when the All-Star Circuit of Champions make an appearance in Sarver, Pennsylvania this Friday, August 31st. If Holtgraver is able to defend him home track this Friday night, it would be Holtgraver's second career All-Star Circuit of Champions victory!

On Saturday evening, September 1st, Danny Holtgraver will return to Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio where he was victorious during All-Star Circuit of Champions competition for the first time in his young career earlier this season. The $5,000-to-win/ All-Star sanctioned event will have Ohio's best sprint car competitors taking on the familiar All-Star invaders; along with a solid roster of Fremont/Attica Sprint Title competitors to help heat up the action. Holtgraver has lots of experience at Attica Raceway Park, and always loves returning to the always-racey 3/8's mile oval.

"We love going out to Attica!" explained Holtgraver, "It's such a fun place to race...and now that we have a big win there under our belts, it's going to be fun to get back out there and use that confidence to hopefully win ourselves one more!"

Danny Holtgraver's three-race swing will come to an end on Sunday evening, September 2nd, at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio. The All-Star sanctioned event will also pay $5,000 to the winner, and award full points towards the All-Star Circuit of Champions' championship. Just like Lernerville Speedway and Attica Raceway Park, this will be the last visit for the All-Stars to the Orrville oval in 2012.

During most recent All-Star Circuit of Champions competition on Saturday, August 25th, the familiar 'D4' team, lead by Brian Kemenah, finished second at Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania; passing former All-Star Circuit of Champions champion, Tim Shaffer, in the closing laps to secure the runner-up finish. Holtgraver was also able to turn the evening's fastest time during qualifying time trials. Daryn Pittman would earn the $5,000 pay day.

"It felt good to finish second on Saturday night!" said Holtgraver, "We want to use that momentum for the upcoming weekend and hopefully earn some solid runs and find ourselves up front...I can't wait to get back to action!"

"We are ready to try and win this thing on Saturday!" said Holtgraver about the upcoming All-Star event at Mercer, "We were close earlier this year...caught Shaffer in traffic but just ran out of time...hopefully this Saturday we can move up one spot and park ourselves in victory lane!"

In Holtgraver's most recent start at the Sarver 4/10's mile oval, the Pittsburgh native rallied from a 19th place starting spot to finish 2nd in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series sanctioned Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup on Tuesday, July 17th. The seventeen position charge towards the front during the first of 2 - 30 lap A-mains was also enough to make Holtgraver the 'KSE Hard Charger' of the feature event. 'Crew Chief' and recent 'D4' team additive, Brian Kemenah, would help Holtgraver nearly repeat that dominating performance in the 2nd 30 lap A-main; charging from 19th to 10th in the running order. When the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup came to a close on Tuesday evening, July 17th, Holtgraver had passed 26 cars and had the highest average finish of the 45 teams signed in. This Friday night's Lernerville Speedway program will feature all four of the speedway's weekly divisions; including the '410' sprint cars.

As far as Danny Holtgraver's upcoming schedule is concerned for the next few weekends, nothing is set in stone. The recent All-Star Circuit of Champions winner looks to head back to Central Pennsylvania to pilot the Tom and Fran Chiappelli owned no. 98 as soon as this Saturday; but nothing is for certain. The only thing that is for certain is that the entire 'D4' team will be busy the next few weeks preparing for the 52nd Annual Goodyear Knoxville Nationals; the Daytona 500 of sprint car racing that boasts a $150,000-to-win/$9,500-to-start main event!

"Our racing schedule really isn't set in stone for the next few weeks" explained Holtgraver, "We need to get things ready for the Knoxville Nationals...It's the biggest sprint car race on the planet and being a part of that is really special...We want to go out there and represent our Western Pennsylvania competitors well!"

In most recent action, Danny Holtgraver qualified for a World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series main event at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania during the annual Summer Nationals on Saturday, July 21st. Holtgraver would qualify for the evening's World of Outlaws Dash after finishing second in his respective heat race. The Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks no. 98 would finish 9th in the evening's Dash, putting Holtgraver on the inside of row number five for the $10,000-to-win main event. Unfortunately, Holtgraver's night would end early due to mechanical failure while running inside the top 10 during the main event.

Danny Holtgraver would like to thank all of his marketing partners including: Kargo Sales and Storage, Alternative Power Source, DKW Transport, PPI, Spinneweber Auto Sales, Bastin Truck Parts, West View Motors, Bagleys Auto Service, Frankland Rearends, Dan Taylor Racing, VRP Shocks, Kistler Engines, J&J Chassis, Butlerbuilt Seats, Zerowraps, www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA - 7/9/12} Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Region' competitor, Danny Holtgraver, scored a top 10 finish for Chiappelli Motorsports this past Saturday night, July 7th, at Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania. Holtgraver, driving the familiar Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks '98' sprinter owned by Tom and Fran Chiappelli, finished 7th in the 30 lap, $5,000-to-win, Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek main event; giving Holtgraver and the Chiappelli Motorsports team their first top 10 as a newly formed operation. The '98' team was 1 of 38 cars signed in for action on Saturday night. Holtgraver timed inside the top 10 during qualifying time trials, and qualified for the main event by finishing fifth in his respective heat race. The solid preliminary and main event finishes, the team proved to be successful from the start.

"I'm really happy how our first night went" said Holtgraver about his first night in the Chiappelli Motorsports '98' sprint car, "I just really want to thank them for this opportunity...we had a solid night together so hopefully we can make that chemistry even better and build a really solid foundation!"

With one successful night under their belt, Holtgraver and Chiappelli Motorsports will move on to this weekend; where the '98' team plans to compete at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Friday night, July 13th, and then travel back to Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania on Saturday night, July 14th. If everything goes well for the Chiappelli Motorsports team during competition this Friday and Saturday, the Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks '98' program will then make the tow back west to Dog Hollow Speedway in Strongstown, Pennsylvania for the $3,000-to-win, Connor Bobik Memorial on Sunday, July 15th. With a possible three-race swing in store this coming weekend, Holtgraver and Chiappelli Motorsports should have enough opportunity to build plenty of positive momentum, and team chemistry, to help take on the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series invasion next Friday and Saturday, July 20th-21st, at Williams Grove Speedway.

The former Lenerville Speedway track champion will also be piloting his own Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks 'D4' on a few occasions in the next two weeks. Holtgraver will kick-off the upcoming weekend tomorrow night - Tuesday, July 10th - at Sharon Speedway in Hartford, Ohio for the $5,000-to-win, Lou Blaney Memorial featuring NASCAR superstars Tony Stewart, Kasey Kahne, and Dave Blaney. The midweek '410' sprint car special event at Sharon Speedway will give Holtgraver an opportunity to pilot his own car before hopping back in it on Tuesday night, July 17th, for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series sanctioned Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup at Lernerville Speedway. The twin 30's format, featuring 2 - 30 lap, $15,000-to-win, World of Outlaws A-Main events at Lernerville Speedway, will give Holtgraver two opportunities to win his first World of Outlaws A-Main event in front of his home track and fans. The Alternative Power Source/Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks 'D4' team would also like to welcome Brian Kemenah to the program. Kemenah will be helping Holtgraver work the wrenches on the 'D4' machine for the remainder of the 2012 season; beginning this Tuesday, July 10th, at Sharon Speedway. Brian Kemenah will also join Holtgraver in Knoxville, Iowa for the annual Knoxville Nationals.

Holtgraver Ends Ten Days Of Racing With Win at PPMS - Ready For The 98!
By Tracy Fry
www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA - 7/1/12 } Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Region' competitor, Danny Holtgraver, is finally home after nine nights of '410' sprint car competition in a ten day time period across Ohio and Pennsylvania. The pilot of the Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks 'D4' ended his long stretch of competition with 2 wins; including a $6,000 victory at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio on June 22nd, and a $3,000 triumph in front of his hometown fans and friends at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway on Sunday, July 1st. The 'D4' team spent nine days on the road with the All-Star Circuit of Champions for the 30th Annual 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek,' and capped-off the week and a half long stretch of racing with a stop at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway for a Midwest All-Star event. Danny Holtgraver ended his "Ohio Sprint Speedweek" tour 8th in the final speedweek standings, while maintaining a top five position in the All-Star 'Ohio Region' points, and a top ten position in the All-Star Circuit of Champions 'National' standings.

"We had a fun week" said Holtgraver about his ten days on the road, "We got that win at Attica and we were super fast at Pittsburgh...feels good to get a couple wins...now we can move on and prepare for the second half of the season."

The highlight of 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek' for the Alternative Power Sources 'D4' team came at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio; where Holtgraver earned his first career All-Star Circuit of Champions victory in front of a packed house for the speedweek opener. The $5,000-to-win main event ended up being a $6,000 pay day for Holtgraver, as Kistler Engines added a $1,000 bonus if the winner used a Kistler built power plant. The rest of the week had plenty of positive outcomes for Holtgraver and the FullyInjected.com team; as the former Lernerville Speedway track champion would earn two more top 10's, including a 9th place finish, after starting 17th, at the $10,000-to-win 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek' finale at Fremont Speedway, and a 6th place finish during the Cannonball Speedway stop in St. Clairsville, Ohio. Holtgraver would earn a starting position in all but two 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek' main events. Stevie Smith would be crowned overall 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek' champion.

"We got that win at Attica Raceway Park and it really felt good to finally get that first All-Star win" explained Danny Holtgraver, "After Attica, things got kind of tough for us...we made a lot of changes to our car as the week went on and we seemed to struggle with qualifying...we are happy that the week is over and we can put it all behind us and move on."

When 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek' finally came to rest Saturday night, June 30th, at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio, Holtgraver was finally able to make the trip towards home. The 'D4' operation would make a scheduled stop at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway on Sunday, July 1st, for a $3,000-to-win Midwest All-Star event to end his 10 days on the road. Holtgraver nearly swept the evening at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway by conquering the heat race, dash, and 21 lap, $3,000-to-win main event. The team's only defeat of the evening was during qualifying time trials where Holtgraver timed 2nd quick.  This was the first Midwest All-Star event of the season, and Holtgraver's first win at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway in 2012.

As far an upcoming schedule is concerned, Danny Holtgraver will keep the familar 'D4' parked next Saturday night and take the wheel of the Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks/ Chiappelli Motorsports no. 98 for a Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek event at Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania on Saturday, July 7th. Holtgraver will pilot the familiar '98' owned by Tom and Fran Chiappelli for one night of competition before moving on to a busier schedule. This will be Holtgraver's first night driving for Tom and Fran Chiappelli, and hopes to earn a win to kick off a successful relationship between the new owner/driver combination.

"Im going to go out to Tom and Fran's shop this week and finalize everything for the weekend like putting my seat in...hopefully we build some good chemistry and put the '98' in victory lane first try!"

Danny Holtgraver would like to thank all of his marketing partners including: Kargo Sales and Storage, Alternative Power Source, DKW Transport, PPI, Spinneweber Auto Sales, Bastin Truck Parts, West View Motors, Bagleys Auto Service, Frankland Rearends, Dan Taylor Racing, VRP Shocks, Kistler Engines, J&J Chassis, Butlerbuilt Seats, Zerowraps, www.fullyinjected.com.

Danny Holtgraver On A Roll - Ready For 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek'
By Tracy Fry
www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA - 6/18/12 ]  Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and current All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Region' title contender, Danny Holtgraver, has been on a roll in '410' sprint car competition in the recent weeks. The former Lernerville Speedway sprint car track champion now has three wins in his last four starts in Western Pennsylvania; including a win Saturday night, June 16th, at Mercer Raceway Park during the annual 'Auto Racers For Kids' charity event worth $3,000. Holtgraver swept action in Western Pennsylvania last Friday and Saturday; winning at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania, and Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania. The Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks 'D4' nearly swept action at the two tracks again this weekend; finishing third at Lernerville Speedway on Friday, June 15th, and earning the $3,000 charity win on Saturday, June 16th. Holtgraver and the entire team then decided to donate $500 of the $3,000 pay day back to the 'Auto Racers For Kids' charity so that it may benefit the organization.

"Feels awesome!" explained Danny Holtgraver about his recent weekend in Western Pennsylvania, "We had a pretty good run at Lernerville on Friday to finish third...then to turn around and win the charity deal is a great feeling...we wanted to give something back so we decided to donate $500 to the 'Auto Racers For Kids' charity...just a really great weekend!"

As far as Holtgraver's upcoming schedule is concerned, it is about to get busy. Holtgraver and the entire Kargo Quality Cars/Alternative Power Sources 'D4' operation will hit the road for 10 straight days of '410' sprint car action across Ohio and Pennsylvania, with all but one taking place in the 'Buckeye State.' The 30th Annual Ohio Sprint Speedweek is about to take off on Friday, June 22nd, and will not come to a rest until the following Saturday, June 30th! Nine straight days of All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek' action will engulf Holtgraver's upcoming schedule; with the 10th day of action coming at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway on Sunday, July 1st! Some of the best sprint car teams in the country will travel the entire speedweek circuit; including all of the All-Star regulars and Ohio based teams.

"We are really excited to get this Ohio Sprint Speedweek started!" said Holtgraver, "We are looking to go out there and put up some good runs and hopefully snag a few wins...the next few days are going to be extremely busy getting things ready for next week...we are excited about it and hopefully we can represent all of our sponsors and supporters well and earn some good finishes!"

With 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek' being sanctioned as All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Region' events, the nine straight days of competition will hopefully allow Holtgraver to gain some ground in the current championship standings. Dale Blaney leads the current All-Star 'Ohio Region' point standings over defending All-Star Circuit of Champions' champion, Tim Shaffer; and second year 'Ohio Region' traveler, Danny Holtgraver. The 'D4' finds itself just 121 markers out of the top spot in the current 'Ohio Region' standings, as well as sitting comfortably inside the top 12 in the All-Star 'National' standings.

When speedweek comes to a close on Saturday, June 30th, Holtgraver and the rest of the team will venture back to familiar territory for an event at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway near Imperial, Pennsylvania. 'Dirt's Monster Half Mile' will host Midwest All-Star sprint car action on Sunday, July 1st, with a full program of weekly divisions also scheduled on the evening card. Holtgraver has a number of wins at the big half mile, and looks to add another to his resume and keep his Western Pennsylvania dominance alive.

Tom and Fran Chiappelli's famous'Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks' no. 98 sprinter in action at Williams Grove Speedway

6/12/12 - Pittsburgh, PA) Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native Danny Holtgraver looks forward to driving the familiar "Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks" no. 98 sprint car, owned by Tom and Fran Chiappelli in partnership with Kevin Grubb, for select dates beginning Saturday, July 7th at Port Royal Speedway during the 2012 Pennsylvania Speedweek Sprint Series! The "Golden Flavor Sesame Sticks" team has a rich history in sprint car racing throughout Pennsylvania, as well as the country; as Tom and Fran funded a World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series team for a few seasons with Chad Kemenah behind the wheel.

"I'm really looking forward to this opportunity to drive the 'Golden Flavor Sesame Sicks' car" explained Danny Holtgraver, "To be given the opportunity to drive for car owners like Tom and Fran Chiappelli along with Kevin Grubb is something that I've been working towards for a long time...they have a notorious program that traveled the country so I'm extremely thankful and excited to be a part of that!"

The current plan for Holtgraver and the familiar gold and yellow '98'  is to kick things off at Port Royal Speedway in early July. The annual Pennsylvania Speedweek Sprint Series will make a stop at Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania for a $5,000-to-win, 30 lap contest on Saturday, July 7th; with the newly formed team in tow. The former Lerneville Speedway track champion has recent success at Port Royal Speedway in 2012; earning a top 10 finish during regular competition, and a runner-up finish during All-Star Circuit of Champions competition in late April.

"It's going to be a lot of fun for everybody" said Holtgraver, "Hopefully we can create some great chemistry and find victory lane our first night out!"

Holtgraver Sweeps Action In Western Pennsylvania - Big News To Be Announced In Near Future!
By Tracy Fry
www.fullyinjected.com

June 11, 2012 - Pittsburgh, PA) Danny Holtgraver nearly went undefeated in '410' sprint car competition this past weekend in Western Pennsylvania; winning all but one event that the Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks 'D4' was entered in. By the time the team's weekend schedule was complete, Holtgraver had won two '410' main events, and captured one heat race victory. Holtgraver's only defeat of the weekend came in his respective heat race at Mercer Raceway Park, where he finished 2nd from mid-pack.

The current All-Star Circuit of Champions full-time 'Ohio Region' competitor took advantage of an 'off-week' in his All-Star regional schedule, and raced close to home. Holtgraver and the entire 'D4' operation made a visit to Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday evening, June 8th for a regular 'Fab Four' event; all before wrapping up the weekend in familiar territory by visiting Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania on Saturday night, June 9th. The former Lernerville Speedway track champion owns wins at both facilities, including one that came earlier this year at Lernerville Speedway.

The Lernerville Speedway visit on Friday proved to be not only dominate, but rewarding; as the Alternative Power Sources, Pittsburgh based operation came from the eighth place starting position to win not only their respective heat race, but also the 25 lap main event. Holtgraver took command of the main event just as the field was approaching the white flag lap; getting by current Lernerville Speedway point leader, Kevin Schaeffer, just before crossing the start/finish line. Schaeffer would hold on to finish second.

"We were fast!" explained Holtgraver, "The track (Lernerville Speedway) was kind of tricky but we found a way to pass some cars and then get by Schaeffer...we were able to find a solid line and that helped us get to the lead...was a really fun night!"

Holtgraver would continue his dominance Saturday evening at Mercer Raceway Park. The Fully Injected driver would start mid-pack in Saturday night's 25 lap, '410' sprint car main event and work his way to the front; earning the lead and staying there to claim his second feature win in as many days.

"I had to be patient." said Holtgraver about Saturday night's performance, "The leaders were racing themselves pretty hard and I stayed patient and allowed them to fade and come to me...the car was good...feels good to get two in a row in front of my family, friends, and supporters!"

With a hectic All-Star Circuit of Champions' 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek' schedule taking-off in less than two weeks, the positive momentum shift for Holtgraver couldn't have happened at a better time. Not only does two consecutive wins help the 'D4' team financially and mechanically, but also mentally; as Holtgraver and crew continue to prepare for the nine consecutive days of racing that 'Ohio Sprint Speedweek' has to offer. The momentum is clearly on Holtgraver's side, and he will look use that momentum shift to hopefully earn his first All-Star Circuit of Champions victory in the 'Buckeye State.' The team will race close to home next weekend; competing once again at Lernerville Speedway and Mercer Raceway Park before Ohio Sprint Speedweek begins on Friday, June 22nd!

Other News: Danny Holtgraver is planning to announce some very exciting news regarding his racing situation in the coming weeks. No other details will be given, just stayed tuned at www.fullyinjected.com for more announcements!

Holtgraver Seventh in Fremont 'All-Star' Finale ~ Ready for Ohio/Michigan Weekend!
By Tracy Fry
www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh) Danny Holtgraver spent his Memorial Day weekend on the road with some of the best sprint car teams on the planet. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native traveled to Charlotte, North Carolina on Friday night, May 25th; competing with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series for one full night of competition. After a long evening with 'The Greatest Show on Dirt" at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, Holtgraver and the entire Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks operation traveled north to Fremont, Ohio for two full nights with the All-Star Circuit of Champions at Fremont Speedway. 'America's Series' hosted two 'Ohio Region' events on May 26th and 27th; offering $3,000 to the winner on Saturday, and $10,000 to the winner on Sunday. Holtgraver had a 'semi-successful' weekend; suffering from a familiar case of 'bad pills.'

"We had some tough luck with pills this weekend" explained Holtgraver about his Memorial Day weekend on the road, "On Friday night, we were just bad in qualifying, totally missing it...then, we pulled a really good pill Saturday, but the track was wet...then we pulled a terrible pill Sunday and the track was dry...just kinda missed where we wanted to be all weekend with qualifying.

In Charlotte, the 'D4' team would finish 15th with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. Holtgraver battled for a top 10 position during the televised event but would make contact with another car while racing for position. The former Lernerville Speedway Track Champion would settle for a top 15 finish at the conclusion of the 30 lap event. Things would then turn around for the Alternative Power Sources 'D4' 410 sprint car during the remainder of the weekend; turning two consecutive top 12 finishes with the All-Star Circuit of Champions at Fremont Speedway, after starting from the 10th row each evening. Holtgraver would charge from a 19th place starting spot to finish 11th on Saturday night at Fremont Speedway with the All-Stars. The full-time 'Ohio Region' competitor then repeated his hard charging effort Sunday night, and rallied from a 20th place starting spot to finish 7th during the $10,000-to-win All-Star finale at Fremont. The 13 position charge was good enough to make Holtgraver the 'Hard Charger' of the evening; passing the most cars during the 50 lap All-Star feature.

"We were pretty happy with our weekend" said Holtgraver, "Just some things here and there we need to work on and obviously had some bad luck with our pill drawings but other than that, we are pretty happy and hopefully we can make it out for the Outlaw events this weekend"

With two more All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Region' and 'National' events in the books, Holtgraver now finds himself 3rd in the 'Ohio Region' point standings, while climbing to 8th in the All-Star Circuit of Champions 'National' point standings. Holtgraver is roughly 40 markers behind former Knoxville Nationals Champion, Tim Shaffer, for  the runner-up spot in the 'Ohio Region' standings.

Up next for Danny Holtgraver will be a pair of World of Outlaws events in the Great Lakes region. The World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will be visiting Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio on Friday, June 1st. After their one night program at Attica, 'The Greatest Show on Dirt" will visit I-96 Raceway in Lake Odessa, Michigan. The entire 'D4' team plans to make the trip to Northwestern Ohio and Southern Michigan for the 'Outlaw' weekend.

Danny Holtgraver would like to thank all of his marketing partners including: Kargo Sales and Storage, Alternative Power Source, DKW Transport, PPI, Spinneweber Auto Sales, Bastin Truck Parts, West View Motors, Bagleys Auto Service, Frankland Rearends, Dan Taylor Racing, VRP Shocks, Kistler Engines, J&J Chassis, Butlerbuilt Seats, Zerowraps, www.fullyinjected.com.

Danny Holtgraver ready for a trip to Charlotte, North Carolina
By Tracy Fry
www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA) Danny Holtgraver picked up a '410' sprint car victory this past weekend at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and former Lernerville Speedway Track Champion earned the win from the outside front-row starting position, and would pace the field during the entire 25 lap main event to grab his first win of the 2012 season!

"It feels awesome to finally get one!" said Danny Holtgraver about his win Friday night at Lernerville Speedway, "We have been close so many times this year at Lernerville and everywhere else we have been...it just feels good to get to victory lane; especially in front of our home track fans and friends!"

Holtgraver, who drove the Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks 'CIII' on Friday night to help keep fellow Fully Injected teammate, Rod George, in the Lernerville Speedway points chase while he recovers from a recent injury, has been near victory all season long; earning multiple runner-up finishes among some tough company. The Pittsburgh based race team has been second with the All-Star Circuit of Champions twice on recent occasions; including at the Weikert Memorial at Port Royal Speedway a few weeks back. But Friday night, Holtgraver returned back to his winning ways, and built some much needed momentum along the way for the busy Memorial Day weekend that sits ahead. The Alternative Power Sources 'D4' will kick things off in Charlotte, North Carolina on Friday, May 25th, and end their upcoming holiday weekend in Fremont, Ohio on Sunday, May 27th!

"The win helps us a lot heading into next weekend" explained Holtgraver, "We are going to kick things off in Charlotte, North Carolina on Friday and finish up at Fremont Speedway...We want to put up some impressive finishes all weekend long especially during theses big money races...hopefully we can use this momentum and get back in victory lane soon!"

The 'D4' operation will race with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series on Friday, May 25th at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native and current All-Star 'Ohio Region' competitor, Danny Holtgraver, finished second on Saturday night with the All-Star Circuit of Champions at Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania. The impressive finish was Holtgraver's second runner-up finish with the series in recent weeks, and also his second top five finish of the weekend. The Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks 'D4' finished third at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsyvlania on Friday night during a regular 'Fab Four' event.

"We were really fast!" explained Holtgraver after Saturday night's All-Star event at Mercer Raceway Park, "The car was on all night long and everybody did a really good job...I thought maybe I would have something for Shaff (Tim Shaffer) in the closing laps, or at least make it interesting, but we were thrilled with second...I was just really happy to have such a solid night in front of my friends, family, and supporters...we are really excited!"

After competing at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday night, May 11th, and recording a third place finish, Holtgraver traveled north to Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, PA on Saturday evening, May 12th, where the All-Star Circuit of Champions hosted a one night, $5,000 to win program. The former Lernerville Speedway Track Champion has been in action with the All-Stars on an almost full-time basis in 2012; committing himself to the entire 'Ohio Region' schedule and championship chase, while hitting and missing other regional events. With recent success and a runner- up finish with the series at the Weikert Memorial at Port Royal Speedway two weekends prior, Holtgraver rolled into Mercer Raceway Park eager and confident to turn solid results. The Mercer oval has been more than good to the 22-year-old in the past, as Holtgraver has visited victory lane at at the oval in recent seasons. The Fully Injected teammate has yet to earn an All-Star Circuit of Champions victory, and looked to use some 'home track advantage' against the invading roster this past weekend.

After timing second quick during qualifying time trials on Saturday evening and earning Dash eligibility, Holtgraver would make the Dash a reality by transferring through his respective heat race. The Alternative Power Sources team finished fourth the All-Star Dash, allowing the familiar white 'D4' to line up on the outside of row no. 2 for the 30 lap, $5,000-to-win main event. Holtgraver would work his way to a runner-up finish, following former Knoxville Nationals Champion and All-Star Circuit of Champions - Champion, Tim Shaffer, across the line.

"Shaffer kind of slipped away from us in traffic" said Holtgraver, "He is obviously one of the best in the country so to finish second to him is nothing to feel bad about...maybe we could have made things a little more interesting with a few more laps but we are just as thrilled with a runner-up finish"

Holtgraver wrapped up the weekend with two consecutive top three finishes, and now finds himself third in the current All-Star Circuit of Champions 'Ohio Region' standings! The 'D4' team is roughly 50 points from the top spot, as Dale Blaney continues to hold the 'Ohio Region' lead with 563 points.  The 'Ohio Region' schedule picks back up on Friday and Saturday, May 26th and 27th, at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio! The Sunday finale on May 26th will pay $10,000 to the winner. Visit either www.fremontohspeedway.com / or www.allstarsprint.com for more information!

Danny Holtgraver Earns Runner-Up Finish in Weikert Memorial with All-Star Circuit of Champions!

Holtgraver Second at Weikert Memorial
By Tracy Fry
www.fullyinjected.com

Danny Holtgraver traveled to Central Pennsylvania this past weekend in search of consistent finishes and a high dose of exposure. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native did just that by earning two consecutive top 15 finishes with the All-Star Circuit of Champions and ‘Pennsylvania Posse’ – including a runner-up finish at the $10,000-t0-win Bob Weikert Memorial at Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania. Holtgraver left Central Pennsylvania yesterday morning with his best finish of the season with the All-Star Circuit of Champions, a few more fans, and a satisfying feeling.

“We are really excited” explained Holtgraver after talking about the previous weekend, “To go to Central Pennsylvania and put up two solid finishes with that level of competition is just awesome…everybody did a really good job and worked really hard”

The All-Star Circuit of Champions were scheduled to have a three race swing through the heart of the ‘Keystone State’ this past weekend; beginning Friday, April 27th at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, moving to Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania on Saturday, April 28th, and coming to a close at Clinton County Raceway near Lock Haven, Pennsylvania on Sunday, April 29th. Williams Grove Speedway had almost 50 ’410′ sprint cars entered for competition; with 47 officially taking a lap during qualifying time trials. The Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks ‘D4′ would qualify for the evening’s feature event and finish respectively; starting 14th and finishing 14th. Holtgraver’s solid A-main finish would not be earned easily, as the former Lernerville Speedway Track Champion had to come through the evening’s B-main to make feature starting line-up. The familiar ‘D4′ would obviously transfer, and race a very consistent and smooth 30 lap main event.

“We kinda got a little messed up at the beginning of our heat race and didn’t make the transfer spot” said Holtgraver about Friday night’s appearance at Williams Grove Speedway, “But we made up for it and got through the ‘B’ to the ‘A’…started where we finished in the A-main so it was a pretty consistent night!”

After their Williams Grove Speedway appearance, the ‘D4′ operation made their way north to Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania for a Saturday evening showcase. Holtgraver earned the fourth fastest time of the night out of the 38 entries that were signed in for competition; making the 22-year-old driver eligible for the evening’s dash if he were to transfer from his respective heat race. Holtgraver did just that; finishing fifth in his heat race and earning a spot in the All-Star Circuit of Champions dash. His third place finish in the six lap dash event put Holtgraver on the inside of row number two for the 30 lap main event. Holtgraver would go on to finish second to Greg Hodnett; earning his best finish with ‘America’s Series’ thus far in 2012, at a track which he had never visited.

“Saturday was a really good night” expressed Holtgraver, “We timed really well that put us in a position to qualify for the dash…finished third in the dash and was able to earn a second place run in the Weikert Memorial…we were just really thrilled…super excited and can’t wait to go back there!”

All-Star Circuit of Champions action scheduled at Clinton County Raceway on Sunday, April 29th was cancelled and rescheduled at a later date in the year.

As far as next weekend is concerned, things are not yet set in stone. The Alternative Power Sources/Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks ‘D4′ plans to venture west to Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio for a two day event with the World of Outlaws; but that will be decided in the coming days. The All-Star Circuit of Champions will not be back in action until Saturday, May 12th, at Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania- giving Holtgraver a chance to venture in other directions.

By Tracy Fry – Pittsburgh, PA - Fully Injected’s Danny Holtgraver will head back to the heart of ’Pennsylvania Posse’ territory in Central Pennsylvania this weekend in search of his first victory of the 2012 season. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native will travel east with the All-Star Circuit of Champions for three nights of ’410′ competition this weekend; beginning on Friday, April 27th, and concluding on Sunday, April 29th. “America’s Series” will take on the best that Pennsylvania has to offer, as a full-on All-Star invasion is set for Williams Grove Speedway, Port Royal Speedway, and Clinton County Raceway. All three events will offer at least $5,000 to the winner, full ‘National’ All-Star points, and All-Star ’East Region’ points. Daryn Pittman is the current ‘East Region’ point leader.

The pilot of the Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks ‘D4′ is coming off of a very strong run at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania this past Friday night. The former track champion at the facility finished second to Fully Injected teammate, Kevin Schaeffer; losing the lead on a restart with just a few laps remaining. The runner-up finish at the Sarver, PA oval is the most recent result for the ’D4′ team, as action on Saturday was cancelled due to Mother Nature. With momentum clearly on Holtgraver’s side, the weekend trek to Central Pennsylvania could be a successful one.

“We are excited to get back out there (Central PA) and race for the weekend” expressed Holtgraver when discussing weekend plans, “it’s just so tough to race out there and our confidence level is pretty high so we are looking to get some good runs…we are always excited to get back to Central Pennsylvania…the fans are awesome and the competition is stacked…just a great feeling to compete there and be a part of that atmosphere!”

Holtgraver’s weekend journey into the heart of ‘Pennsylvania Posse’ territory will begin at Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Friday, April 27th. From there, the Alternative Power Source sponsored team will venture north to Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania for the $10,000 to win/$500 to start Weikert Memorial. That event on Saturday, April 28th will be followed by a trip to Clinton County Raceway near Lock Haven, Pennsylvania on Sunday, April 29th. The Clinton County Raceway appearance will wrap up the weekend for the All-Star Circuit of Champions.

The weekend trip to Central Pennsylvania will not be the last for Danny Holtgraver and the All-Star Circuit of Champions, as the series makes appearances at Williams Grove Speedway, Lincoln Speedway, and Port Royal Speedway for the annual ‘Tuscarora 50′ later on in the season. Holtgraver ends Attica weekend fifth in All-Star ‘Ohio Region’ standings
By Tracy Fry
www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA - Danny Holtgraver spent this past Friday and Saturday, April 6th and 7th,  at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio competing with the All-Star Circuit of Champions. Attica hosted the season’s first All-Star ‘Ohio Region’ event; attracting high car counts and a star-studded field for the $8,000 weekend. Teams from all across the country, including Kasey Kahne’s World of Outlaws stable, joined the All-Stars at the 3/8s mile bullring for the two-night “HD Supply Spring Nationals.” Holtgraver wasted no time working towards an ‘Ohio Region’ title, as the former Lernerville Speedway track champion qualified for the main event on both nights; posting a top 15 finish on each evening and leaving fifth in the ‘Ohio Region’ standings.

“We had a pretty good weekend at Attica” explained Holtgraver, “we qualified pretty decent and that helped set the tone for the entire weekend…we had some good runs in the features on both nights…had an awesome race with Kasey Kahne during the entire Saturday night feature…just a really good weekend to help build momentum for the entire year!”

===========================================

On Friday night, April 6th, Holtgraver timed well enough during qualifying to put the Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks ‘D4′ on the poll of a heat race – which he won in dominate fashion. Holtgraver would go on to finish 13th in the main event after starting on the inside of row number eleven. Dale Blaney would capture the Friday night “HD Supply Spring Nationals” preliminary victory worth $3,000; Craig Mintz and Joey Saldana rounded out the podium finishers.

Friday night’s momentum helped Holtgraver earn a top ten finish during Saturday evening’s “HD Supply Spring Nationals” finale. A time of 12.585 seconds was good enough to put Holtgraver 12th in the overall qualifying order out of the 44 cars that took time. His heat race and feature results would match the positive tone that was set during qualifying, as Holtgraver finished 3rd in his respective heat race, and 10th in the “HD Supply Spring Nationals” A-main finale. Craig Mintz would be the $5,000 winner – with Stevie Smith and Greg Wilson rounding out the top three.

When the weekend wrapped up Saturday night, Holtgraver found himself ranked within the top five of the current All-Star Circuit of Champions ‘Ohio Region’ standings – just 21 points behind defending All-Star Circuit of Champions champion, Tim Shaffer. Stevie Smith, Dale Blaney, and Craig Mintz currently hold the top three positions in the ‘Ohio Region’ rankings.

The next couple weeks will be a little more ‘relaxing’ for the ‘D4′ pilot.  The Pittsburgh based operation plans to spend the next few weekends racing close to home. The team has intentions to race in western Pennsylvania the next two weekends, before heading back to central Pennsylvania for the All-Star Circuit of Champions’ Williams Grove Speedway/Port Royal Speedway/Clinton County Raceway swing on April 27th, 28th, and 29th.

“We will probably stick close to home the next few weekends” quoted Holtgraver about the upcoming schedule, “we would like to run Mercer Raceway Park a few times and perhaps the Lernerville Speedway opener…we want to stay local and hopefully build some momentum for our next roadtrip out east in a few weeks.”

Look for the Kargo Quality Cars and Trucks/Alternative Power Source/Fully Injected ‘D4′ to compete at Mercer Raceway Park and Lernerville Speedway in the coming weeks. Also, take the time to visit Danny’s hauler during racing events; 2012 merchandise is now available for purchase.

Holtgraver ready to head to Attica!
Written by Tracy Fry

www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA – Pittsburgh native Danny Holtgraver took advantage of a perfect pill draw and a perfect last lap pass Friday evening, March 23rd, at Williams Grove Speedway to earn himself a ninth place finish among a very stout field of 44 Central Pennsylvania sprint car competitors. The Kargo Quality Cars/Alternative Power Sources ’D4′ held off charges by former World of Outlaws competitor, Daryn Pittman, and former Knoxville Nationals champion, Tim Shaffer, to solidify himself inside the top 10 of Friday night’s Williams Grove Speedway opening night, 25 lap feature.

“We were really pleased with our results” explained Holtgraver when discussing Friday night’s top 10 finish, “I mean, to go out there with 40 other cars of that caliber and grab a top 10…it is just an awesome feeling!”

The former Lernerville Speedway Track Champion passed Chad Layton on the last circuit to grab the ninth position. He raced in the tenth spot for much of the non-stop 25 lap main event before catching Layton, and passing the Middleswarth no. 7 in the last corner. Danny Dietrich was the event winner; with Brian Montieth and Fred Rahmer rounding out the top three finishers.

As for next weekend, the scenery for Holtgraver will change once again. With the All-Star Circuit of Champions making a scheduled stop at the always exciting Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio on April 6th and 7th, the Pittsburgh based ‘D4′ team has decided to make an appearance at the Attica Raceway Park “Opener” this weekend, March 30th, to give the team a chance to ‘dial-in.’ The All-Star event at Attica in two weeks is also the first “Ohio Region” event on the 2012 schedule - a portion of the All-Star tour that Holtgraver plans to follow. Hopefully a trip to Attica a week early will help build some early momentum towards an All-Star regional championship.

“The plan right now is to head to Attica Raceway Park this Friday for their opener” quoted Holtgraver, “that place (Attica) is so awesome and we have an All-Star race coming up there in two weeks so we want to be ready.”

Gates are scheduled to open at Attica Raceway Park this Friday, March 30th, at 5PM - with racing slated to begin at 7:45PM. The 410 sprint cars will be joined by the UMP Late Models and 305 sprinters.

Danny Holtgraver earns a top ten finish with Bryan Grove Motorsports at Attica Raceway Park.
By Tracy Fry
www.fullyinjected.com

Pittsburgh, PA – Western Pennsylvania hotshoe Danny Holtgraver took advantage of a great opportunity this weekend, and turned some heads while charging from a 20th starting position to finish 6th in the Attica Raceway Park opener last evening. Holtgraver piloted the Bryan Grove Motorsports no. 45 at the Attica season opener; an Ohio based sprint car operation that gave Danny a great opportunity to drive so that both the team, and driver, could prepare for next weekend’s All-Star Circuit of Champions invasion!

“Bryan Grove gave me a call earlier in the week about driving his car” discussed Holtgraver, “So we went out there and got the car ready and did everything we needed to do…the team just kinda allowed us do our own thing and we can’t thank them enough for that!”

Although the evening shaped up to be one of Holtgraver’s finest performances of 2012, the beginning of the night looked as if it was going to be short lived. Issues with the car’s internal components kept the Bryan Grove Motorsports no. 45 off of the track during hot laps; resulting in a missed setup for their respectice heat race. Holtgraver would finish 5th in heat race number three; one spot behind Brad Haudenschild and out of a transfer position. The former Lernerville Speedway Track Champion would then create a turning point in the evening when he made a last lap pass during the program’s B-main to transfer into the 30 lap ’410′ main event.

It was clear that the ’45′ team had a tough road ahead of them; starting on the outside of row number ten for the 30 lap contest. Holtgraver was able to avoid an early multi-car caution that helped the team move up a few positions for the following restart. The All-Star ‘Ohio Region’ regular passed 14 cars during the Attica Raceway Park opening night ’410′ feature; making it almost fifteen, but was beat close to the line for fifth position. Holtgraver’s ability to earn a 6th place performance also allowed him to be named the night’s ‘Hard Charger’ – which goes to the driver who passes the most cars. Dale Blaney was the evening’s winner, with Phil Gressman and Lee Jacobs rounding out the podium finishers.

“We were able to avoid a big wreck early that moved us up a couple starting spots on the next restart” explained Holtgraver when asked about his feature performance, “we had some things go our way that needed to be and I drove my butt off…I thought we were fifth but it was close and we were actually scored 6th…but regardless, it was a pretty good night.”

“Bottom line is I want to thank Bryan Grove and all of his sponsors for allowing this to happen…it was a great opportunity!”

Next weekend, the Fully Injected driver will return to the seat of his familiar Kargo Quality Cars ‘D4,’ and travel back to Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio for the two-day “HD Supply Spring Nationals” with the All-Star Circuit of Champions sprint car series. The All-Stars will be invading Attica on Friday and Saturday, April 6th and 7th, with Holtgraver searching for an early Easter gift in the shape of a check. Good Friday’s event will pay $3,000 to the  preliminary night winner, with Saturday’s “HD Supply Spring Nationals” finale giving away a $5,000 top prize.

Danny Holtgraver would like to thank all of his marketing partners including: Kargo Sales and Storage, Alternative Power Source, DKW Transport, PPI, Spinneweber Auto Sales, Bastin Truck Parts, West View Motors, Bagleys Auto Service, Frankland Rearends, Dan Taylor Racing, VRP Shocks, Kistler Engines, J&J Chassis, Butlerbuilt Seats, Zerowraps, www.fullyinjected.com.
